Thumbnails, Output & Advanced

The Thumbnail settings are very straightforward. Select your preferred method, the render delegate, and the thumbnail resolution. These will be used in the Layout Asset Gallery later.
Under Output, first add your output directory. For me, it will be the Kit folder in which also the Texture folder lives. .
If you wish for the converted assets to be added to your current layout asset gallery database, leave this on. If you wish to do it yourself manually after converting, disable it.
I like creating a new Database for each Kit, but this is personal preference. To do so, open the Layout Asset Gallery, click the Gear Icon, then click "Create New Asset Database File". I save these in the same Kit Root folder as the textures and my converted Assets.
Doing this after the conversion is easy and importing basically consists of selecting the root folder. All assets should then be populated. Of course this only works after the conversion is done.
If you follow the same folder structure, you just select the base folder:
Currently, the only Parameter under Advanced is for the material assignment.
If set to the default "Full Render", the materials are only applied to the full render mesh, and not the proxy geometry.
If you set this to "All", it will also apply the materials to the Proxy geometry. This is not recommended since it will slow down the Viewport drastically by constantly loading textures from disk. In some special cases this might be preferred over the single coloured proxies.
The TOP Network folder is to expose the TOP controls and UI. I wouldn't recommend touching it unless you know what you're doing.
